Pursuant to the Turkish Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (“KVKK”), your personal data is processed by MBA EP as the data controller, within the scope explained below.

The name, company, e-mail, phone and message content you submit through the contact form are processed in order to evaluate your requests, respond to you and conduct the business relationship.

3. Transfer of Data

Your personal data may be transferred to authorised persons, institutions and organisations to the extent required by legal obligations and by the service itself.

4. Method of Collection and Legal Basis

Your data is collected electronically through the website contact form, based on the legal grounds set out in Article 5 of the KVKK.
